Paola Caridi, scrittrice e giornalista. Da oltre 20 anni si occupa di Medio Oriente e Nord Africa. Ha pubblicato quasi tutti i suoi saggi con Feltrinelli.

Journalist, essayist, Paola Caridi is a founding member and the president of the News Agency “Lettera22”. PhD in History of International Relations. Correspondent in Cairo (2001-2003), she has been based from 2003 to 2012 in Jerusalem. Lecturer at the University of Palermo on History of International Relations, Paola Caridi is also a member of the Italian think tank International Affairs Institute (IAI), and a fellow at Civitella Ranieri Center (CRF2021) Since 2017 member of the Torino International Bookfair’s editorial committee. Director of La Stanza del Mondo series at the independent publishing house Hopefulmonster in Torino (Italy).

Recipient of the Kapuściński Award 2024 (Rome) for her book on Hamas.
